By accessing or using the website at bdcllc.io or engaging Bamboo Digital Consulting, LLC ("BDC," "we," "us," or "our") for services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services

BDC provides professional consulting, advisory, and digital product services in the areas of data governance, AI governance, and digital transformation. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or engagement agreement signed by both parties. These Terms govern the general relationship between BDC and clients and do not supersede any signed engagement agreement.

3. Digital products

BDC sells digital products including Claude Skills and framework documents ("Products"). By purchasing a Product:

• →You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your personal or internal business purposes.
• →You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly share the Product without written permission from BDC.
• →All future updates to a purchased Product are included at no additional charge, where specified at the time of purchase.
• →All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds unless the Product is materially defective or fails to be delivered.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, methodology descriptions, and product materials — is the property of Bamboo Digital Consulting, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any BDC content without prior written consent.

Deliverables created for a client under a signed engagement agreement are governed by the intellectual property terms in that agreement, which may grant the client ownership or a license to those specific deliverables.

5. Confidentiality

BDC treats all client information as confidential. We do not disclose client identities, project details, or proprietary information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Clients are expected to treat BDC's methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary materials as confidential.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and all products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. BDC does not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any specific outcome will result from our services. Professional results depend on many factors outside BDC's control, including client cooperation, implementation quality, and organizational context.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BDC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, our services, or our products. BDC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to BDC in the three months preceding the claim.

Our website links to and integrates with third-party services including Calendly (scheduling) and Lemon Squeezy (payment processing). BDC is not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of these third-party services. Please review their respective policies before using them.

9. Governing law
